This volume was published in 2019 by Jessica Kingsley Press, and is co-edited by Karalyn Violeta LCSW, Gary Jacobson LCSW-R, and Jan Nimeira LCSW. Karalyn is the author of the book’s introduction and the co-author (with S.J. Langer LCSW) of Chapter 7.
